If you are sharing our optimism about Summer 2019 in downtown Minneapolis, you are also likely sharing our frustration at the up and down weather cycles this year. It seems that the moment we start to brag about great weather, we get a sudden rainstorm that washes out a small part (but a part, nonetheless!) of our Memorial Day weekend.
